These moringa powerballs are perfect as an on the go pick me up. A highly customizable recipe with any nuts, dried fruit, or toppings found in your pantry. A #MoringaInspired recipe by Instagram’s @tastyasheck. Makes 16-20 balls in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut oil or nut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup or raw honey
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tablespoon Pure Moringa Powder
1 cup chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut, toasted
1/2 cup Goji berries
1/2 cup dried cherries or other dried fruit
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cacao powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, Pure Moringa Powder, and vanilla. Mix in goji berries, half the chia seeds, and dried fruit. Feel free to add any additional seeds, nuts, or berries as you like, until the consistency is slightly sticky and can be rolled into a ball.
Combine the remaining chia seeds and shredded coconut on a plate.  Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into golfball sized rounds. Roll the balls in the chia seed and coconut plate to coat until not sticky. Feel free to use other toppings to coat such as moringa powder, cocoa powder, or chopped nuts. Store in a Ziplock container,  refrigerated for up to 1 week.
