Ingredients for the guacamole dip 

  • 5 ripe avocados
  • 2 ripe roma tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped and drained
  • 2 tablespoon Pure Moringa Powder (2 single serving packets)
  • ½ head of garlic, or to taste
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice, to taste
  • Salt, Pepper to taste

 

Directions for the guacamole dip

1. Dice tomatoes, red onion, and garlic into a large bowl and mix with chopped spinach.
2. Add diced avocados and mash coarsely.
3. Add Pure Moringa Powder and mix until evenly incorporated.
4. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. Chill and enjoy with moringa chips! (Moringa Chips recipe below.)

Ingredients for the moringa chips

  • 1 pack of fresh corn tortilla (about 8-10 tortillas)
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Moringa Powder (1 single serving packet)
  • 2 cup of oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Directions for the moringa chips

  1. Slice tortillas into desired chip sizes.
  2. In a deep pan, heat oil until 350 degrees F.
  3. Fry tortilla slices until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towel and set aside to cool.
  5. In a large bowl, sprinkle chips with Pure Moringa Powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss until evenly coated.
  6. Store chips in an airtight container to prevent from going stale. Or just eat it all.

Moringa Creme BruleeMoringa Creme Brulee
Creamy, decadent, delicious goodness we all know and love: Crème Brûlée. Though traditionally, flavored with vanilla, you can find a wide variety of crème brulee inspirations worldwide today. We bring you our inspired Moringa Creme Brulee recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Moringa Powder (1 single serving packet)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degree F.
  2. Bring the heavy whipping cream to boil and let it cool for a few minutes.
  3. Separate 6 egg yolk and whisk them for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Add sugar into the egg yolk and whisk until pale yellow and smooth.
  5. Add Pure Moringa Powder and vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Slowly pour the heavy whipping cream into the egg mixture. Whisk while pouring to prevent scrambling the egg mixture.
  7. Create a water bath by pouring hot water into a cake pan and placing the ramekins inside. The ramekins should be at least ½ submerged in hot water.
  8. Fill ramekins to ¾ full.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes. Chill for at least 3 hours.
  10. Once it’s ready to serve, sprinkle granulated sugar evenly on the surface until completely covered.
  11. Use a torch to caramelize the sugar until golden brown.
  12. Allow the sugar to cool completely before serving.

Here is an easy and tasty way to incorporate moringa not into your morning smoothie, but into your pancakes!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoon Moringa powder; or to your liking
  • 1 tablespoon carob powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup water

 

Directions

  1. Mash all ingredients up until they resemble a batter.
  2. Heat a flat pan on the stove to medium heat, reducing heat once you have made three beautiful moringa cakes and placed them on the flat top.
  3. Cook each side for about 5 minutes, keeping an eye and ensuring that the heat is low so each cake can thoroughly cook.
  4. Flip.
  5. Once these are finished, plop them onto your favorite plate, spicing them up with fresh berries, banana and organic maple syrup. Whatever your little heart desires!

This Mini Moringa Cake with Matcha Frosting recipe is exactly the excuse you need to start eating more cake. With the earthiness of moringa and matcha perfectly complementing each other, this may very well be the healthiest and most delicious cake ever made.

Ingredients

For the moringa cake:

  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Moringa Powder
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup egg whites, about 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

For the matcha frosting:

  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups powdered confectioner’s sugar
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and dust two 4×2-inch round cake pans with flour and set aside.
  2. In large bowl, stir together flour, Pure Moringa Powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add softened butter and milk. Beat with a hand mixer on low speed until combined. Continue beating on medium speed for 1 minute.
  4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together egg whites until frothy, just before soft peaks form. Whisk vanilla into egg whites and gradually add the egg white mixture to flour mixture, beating until well combined.
  5. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
  6. Remove and cool in pans on wire rack for 5 minutes. Carefully remove from pans and leave to cool completely.
  7. To prepare and frost the cake, trim the top of cake with a serrated knife until level. Cut cake horizontally in half. Place cake bottom on cake plate, cut side up.
  8. In small, chilled mixing bowl, beat butter and confectioner’s sugar until well creamed. Add matcha powder and vanilla and mix until well incorporated.
  9. Spread the matcha frosting onto the cake bottom. Place cake top, cut side down, on-top of the frosted cake bottom. Use a small table knife to smooth any whipped cream from edges of cake. Frost top and sides with Vanilla Buttercream.
  10. Chill cake in freezer 1 hour before additional decorating or serving.

We have for you a nutty banana bread with a shade of green that would put the Hulk to shame. This recipe is a go-to for the over ripe bananas that no one wants to eat. Notice that we made the entire thing in one single glass loaf pan, except for one additional small bowl which we used to melt the butter and reused to whisk the egg. There are countless variations to this recipe, some of which we’ve listed under the Optional Ingredients section. The most difficult part of the recipe would be smashing the bananas until smooth. Hulk Smash! Hulk Smash! Who doesn’t love a no clean-up, forgiving, healthy, and delicious recipe? Without further ado…

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe and peeled bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or oil
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 beat egg (Hulk Destroy!)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon or “pinch” of salt
  • 1-2* tablespoon of Kuli Kuli’s Moringa Powder 
  • 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

 

Optional Ingredients (incorporated into the batter or sprinkled on top)

  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup of walnuts or any type of nuts (I used walnuts in the batter and sliced almonds to top off)
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F or for a convection oven to 325F
  2. Smash the ripe bananas in the loaf pan of your choice.
  3. Mix in the melted butter.
  4. Stir in the baking soda, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, and beaten egg.
  5. Stir in the flour with moringa powder until just incorporated (when you see no flour streaks)
  6. Stir in or top off with chocolate chips or nuts of your choice.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour or until done. It’s done when you stick a knife or toothpick in and it comes out clean, without wet batter stuck to it. Crumbs are okay.
  8. Smell the heavenly goodness that which is the easiest ever, Banana Nut Moringa Bread. Try not to eat it all, remember to share!
