In our first battle of the superfood heavyweights it’s moringa versus matcha!  So what do matcha powder (green tea powder) and moringa powder have in common? Surprisingly enough, besides the fact that they both start with ‘M’, come from a plant, and are both green, their nutritional contents provide distinctly different benefits.
