- 1 banana

- 2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Peel the banana and peel and finely grate the ginger.
