Summer still isn’t over here in the Bay Area, and nothing can beat the heat like a thirst-quenching, healthy, and non-alcoholic cocktail! Inspired by the Kuli Kuli’s moringa powder, this bright green beverage of luscious and refreshing fruits and a hint of the moringa powder itself will satisfy your thirst within minutes.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup coconut water

½ cup fresh lemon juice

½ cup fresh lime juice

1 tbsp. moringa powder

1 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. hot water

1 lime (sliced)

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

 

Preparation:

  1. Add liquids that includes pineapple juice, coconut water, fresh lemon juice, and fresh lime juice.
  2. In a separate container, mix moringa powder and sugar into hot water. Add the moringa mixture to the liquid portion.
  3. Add slices of kiwi and limes to the entire concoction and mix well. Serve with ice and enjoy!
